Snip, Snip

Hmmm, well these were supposed to be used as silhouette designs for a bench I’m painting but they looked pants and I don’t want to talk about it!

I ended up turning them into a scene, I’m not that pleased with the layout but I’m happy with the doubling up to add further texture to the idea.

Excited to be joining CAN later on in the month. Network of artists is the carmarthenshire area. Looking to try out some different styles so this should be of some help. You can check out a catalogue of some of the artists work here

Also, the work I entered into the summer exhibition in Narberth actually sold so I was incredibly pleased about that. Apparently they didn’t get as many people there as they would have liked but that is an issue with the gallery not promoting the event properly.

Looking for some more competitions and freelance work now, if you know of any open call’s then please do leave a comment with details or email me. x
